I think I'm happy with 12 year old me's decision to stay up for as long as I want when ever I want.

The consequences of that do depend of the current job cycle, but I learned that we've got that inner clock that is adjustable.

Only a few days of sleeping at alternate time is sufficient to alter your sleep schedules, one only feels terribly tired if that schedule changes too frequent.
